ABOUT US |
 Westly Cox has lived in Delaware for almost his entire life. He has his B.S. in Environmental Science from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where he graduated in 2004. Westly is a certified CASTtm Landscape Lighting installer and is Smartline Certified to install irrigation.
 David Smith is Phoenix Landscapes designer. He hails from sunny California and was a design major at the School; of the Chicago Art Institute. David is certified to install Cast Landscape Lighting and is ICPI Certified to install interlocking pavers. Dave studied under John Sanders for designing landscapes, plant identification, care of ornamental plants and pest management.
